101-Fit Terms and Condition
The service is offered to you by Creative Solutions (101-fit.com). These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the user and the service provider (Creative Solutions).
As a member of 101-fit, you gain access to exclusive Fitness videos. These services do not include features aimed at improving your chances of fitness success. 101-fit memberships are available for various durations until canceled. Unless you cancel your membership before your monthly renewal date, you authorize 101-fit.com to charge your next membership fee to your Payment Method (see "Billing" below). Specific details about your membership can be found by logging into our website and clicking on the 'Account' link under your profile name.
Upon the commencement of your paid membership, the membership fee will be billed to your Payment Method every month to ensure uninterrupted access to our website. Billing dates may change under specific circumstances, such as when your Payment Method fails to process or when your paid membership starts on a day not present in a given month. If you have prepaid for a month and decide to terminate your membership, it will remain active until the end of the prepaid period. Your payment is processed through an encrypted SSL connection and will appear on your credit card statement as follows: 101-fit.com. Please note that we do not store credit card details.
If your payment fails to process for any reason, including expiration or insufficient funds, and you do not update your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until a valid Payment Method is provided. We are authorized to continue billing the updated Payment Method, and you remain responsible for any outstanding charges. Foreign transaction fees may apply based on your Payment Method issuer's policies.
Membership fees may be subject to adjustments, which will apply to subsequent payment periods. Price adjustments are communicated via email. We reserve the right to correct printing errors or technical glitches that may result in incorrect pricing. Temporary cancellations and similar requests received after the email announcement will be addressed during the next billing cycle. Current prices can always be obtained by contacting our Customer Service.

All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may impact future purchases with 101-fit.com, depending on the circumstances. Fraudulent claims may lead to 101-fit.com contacting the card issuer to protect the user and prevent future fraudulent charges.
101-fit.com is not responsible if confirmation emails, welcome emails, newsletters, etc., land in your spam or junk folders. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the proper delivery of these emails to their inbox. When participating in campaigns or activities at 101-fit.com, a basic user is automatically created from the participant's information. By participating, the user agrees to receive newsletters from 101-fit.com. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email or by logging in with your user information and visiting the 'Newsletters' section under 'My Account.' Your user account at 101-fit.com will remain active if you click on the link, allowing you to log in and play your daily games.
101-fit.com is not responsible for data loss due to force majeure, including legal regulations, government measures, power supply failures, telecommunication failures, fire, smoke damage, explosions, water damage, vandalism, break-ins, acts of terror or sabotage, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, or blockades. This applies even if 101-fit.com is directly affected by the conflict and even if only certain functions of 101-fit.com are impacted.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be amended by 101-fit.com without prior notice to the user. 101-fit.com reserves the right to correct any grammatical or spelling errors in the agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by Estonia courts. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonia courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
